Sub-team Lead
Drive efforts to attract young people to Scouting in the Vale — from awareness in the community through to joining a section.
What you’ll do
- Lead recruitment activity targeted at young people across the district
- Work with schools, community organisations, and local networks to raise awareness of Scouting
- Support groups and sections in managing enquiries and joining journeys
- Feed into the Enquiries/Waiting List Team to ensure a joined-up approach
- Support the opening of new sections or groups in areas with demand
