Volunteer Recruitment and Engagement Lead 

Sub-team Lead 

Focus on bringing new volunteers into Scouting in the Vale and keeping existing volunteers engaged and valued. 

What you’ll do 

• Lead recruitment activity targeted at adult volunteers across the district 

• Manage and promote volunteer opportunities through online platforms, social media, and local networks 

• Support the welcome and induction of new volunteers joining the district 

• Work with group and section leaders to identify volunteer gaps and support their recruitment 

• Feed into district-wide volunteer engagement activity
