Team Member
Support leaders across the district by approving nights away activities, making sure everything is in order before they head out. This responsibility is currently held by the District Lead Volunteer and is being shared across a small team.
What you’ll do
- Review and approve nights away notifications submitted by sections across the district
- Ensure all required information is in place before approving activities
- Provide guidance to leaders on nights away requirements where needed
- Maintain records of approvals in line with district and county expectations
- Escalate any concerns to the District Lead Volunteer
What you’ll need
Must hold a Nights Away Permit (NAP) at Supervisor level or above
