Enquiries / Waiting List Team 

Team Lead 

Manage the district’s move to a centralised waiting list model, making sure families who enquire get a prompt, helpful response and are supported through the joining journey. 

What you’ll do 

• Oversee the district-level waiting list and enquiries inbox 

• Ensure all enquiries receive a timely and welcoming response 

• Match young people on the waiting list to sections with availability 

• Work with the Growth Team to feed waiting list data into recruitment planning 

• Keep records up to date and report on enquiry volumes to the District Lead Volunteer 

What you’ll need 

• Good communication and organisational skills 

• Comfortable working with online forms and basic data management 

Team Member 

Help manage enquiries and the district waiting list, making sure families feel welcomed from the very first contact. 

What you’ll do 

• Respond to enquiries from families and young people 

• Maintain and update waiting list records 

• Support the matching of young people to sections 

• Flag any patterns or issues to the Team Lead 

This team will have 2-3 members.
