- Explain how the Safeguarding and Safety Policies apply to you
- Explain the importance of POR and show you understand how it affects your actions
- Explain why running activities safely and carrying out risk assessments matters
- Explain the awards you can work towards as an ESYL
- Understand how the Scheme works and how to access further learning
