Team Lead
Lead the district’s approach to growth — bringing in new volunteers, welcoming young people, and supporting the opening of new groups and units where there’s demand.
What you’ll do
- Lead the Growth Team and coordinate activity across the volunteers and young people sub-teams
- Develop and implement the district’s recruitment strategy
- Support the opening of new groups and units across the district
- Work with county and national contacts on recruitment campaigns and resources
- Report on growth activity to the District Lead Volunteer and Trustee Board
